Ralph Jugo, a native of South Florida began his regulatory affairs career in July 1985 as a bio-statistician in the Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs Department at Cordis Corporation after having completed graduate degrees in Industrial Psychology (MS) and Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Miami in Coral Gables , FL.

Lisa Skeete Tatum, Chairperson

Ms. Skeete Tatum is a General Partner with Cardinal Partners, an early stage health care venture capital firm in Princeton , NJ . At Cardinal, she focuses on investments in health technology and devices. She has led the firm's investments in AthenaHealth, AllianceCare, IPNI, MitralSolutions, Nexcura, and TechRx. Ms. Skeete Tatum received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

David B. Singer

Mr. Singer is a principal of Maverick Capital, Ltd., an investment adviser to private investment funds, since December 2004. Since February 2004, Mr. Singer has served as Chairman of the Board of Oscient Pharmaceuticals Corporation, a company formed through the merger of GeneSoft Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Genome Therapeutics Corp. Mr. Singer served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a director of GeneSoft since September 1998. Mr. Singer was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1993 to June 1995 and served as Vice Chairman of the Company from July 1995 to April 1996. Mr. Singer is a founder of Corcept Therapeutics Inc. in August 1998 and has served as a director of Corcept Therapeutics since August 1998.

Peter J. Fitzgerald, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Fitzgerald is an Associate Professor of Medicine, an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering, a Co-Director for the Center for Research in Cardiovascular Interventions, and the Director of the Core Cardiovascular Analysis Lab for the Stanford University School of Medicine.

Frank Young, CFO

Mr. Young began his professional career in 1981 with InterFirst Ventures of Dallas, Texas where he was responsible for early stage technology investments.
